As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and happy with the service provided to you.
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.

“Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.
To help us do this, please notify our salon within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or make any adjustment to your booking. We’ll be happy to help you make any changes.
Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late or can’t make it.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled service. Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notification via phone or FB messenger.
Please inform additional services (nail design, nail soak off...) when you schedule appointment. More info you give us for your service will help us put you with right technicians and extend your service time.
We understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. That’s why we allow a 10 minutes grace period for emergency situations. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will no longer can accept you as an appointment client. You’re more than welcome to walk in at your time and convenience.
Record of repetitive NO SHOWS or NO CALLS appointment may be required a deposit when booking a future appointment.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total of your final bill, however NO SHOWS or NO CALLS may result a charged the full amount of the total service price.

Got a special event coming? We’re available to host any of your events such as bridal, ball, company, birthday, etc...
For group parties of 5 or more, there will be a $100 deposit to reserve the time and date. The deposit will be refunded or added toward the total of your final bill. However, there will be 20% gratuity added.
Upon your request, we do have a table set out for you to bring your foods, drinks, and decors.
Due to the limitation time reserved and prepared for each client. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your event so that we can start your party in timely manner.

To allow us to provide a quality service as safety and efficiently as possible, you need to:
Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
Inform our staff if you have any kind of medical condition so that we can be aware of.
While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements right away.
Inform the staff /front desk immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
Inform the staff /front desk immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails or skin.

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful and long lasting.
Gel polish, dipping, or acrylic are guaranteed for 5 days after your service. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
Repairs after guarantee time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
We will not be responsible for any repair due to your own fault.
Regular or traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
We will not be responsible for any repairs or infections from a different salon.

Price of service is displayed on our website and menu, please make sure you know before getting your service.

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
We are not liable to redeem any gift card that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.

For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon.
To respects our clients relaxing, please keep your children not run around, yelling, crying or leave them at home.

Keep all belong in with you. We not responsible for lost or stolen.
